Products Eligible for Return

  • Burrow: If your Burrow product is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
  • Multi-Packs: Multi-packs can be returned if unopened and in their original condition. If you receive the wrong product or a damaged item, please let us know.
  • Miniz: As with other items, Miniz products must be unused and in the original condition to be eligible for a return.

  2. Return Authorization: After verifying your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for returning the product.

Refund Process
